Enable changing default hours on leave request

When placing a leave request, the default is set to 8.0 hours. Our work hours are 9.0 hours a day. When placing a leave request the employees need to change it manually. Please enable a way to change the default. Thank you, Leora IT administrator Pay Pal Israel
