After setting up a new PC with a fresh install of Windows, Intuit Quickbooks and Journyx Accountlink are you getting an error message stating Server off line or unavailable?

Another error message seen is the following: 

Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))


If so that may mean that you do not have the SoapSDK installed.
