Launch Accountlink for Dynamics and click on the "Logging" menu item.

Choose "Open Log Folder" from the menu that pops up

This will open up a Windows Explorer window with the most recent log directory open.  Generally we will want a prior sync log.  The logs are small enough that you could zip up the entire logs directory and email them.  In the URL bar in Windows Explorer locate the "Logs" entry in the breadcrumb.  Click the entry to the left.  In this case, 2.9.6383.37556.

Right click on the "Logs" directory and go to "Send To" -> "Compressed (zipped) folder".  You will have less and different menu items in the right click menu, but you will have "Send To".


Send the resulting to Journyx Support or the person who has asked you for the logs.
