Our company is rolling out new labor rates and we would like to make them effective from a retroactive date. However JournyX does not let us change rates retroactively (e.g. effective 1/1/2014). It would be nice if there was a functionality to change labor rates effective a certain date that could be selected. When new rates are entered in JournyX, they become effective immediately and that doesn't provide enough flexibility.
