It would be great if we could define automatic approval rules for specific Time, Expense or Mileage entries. Example: We require that everyone submit a sheet for Time, Exp. and Miles. Often the Expense and Mile sheets are empty. I would like to automatically and full approve any sheet that has 0 expense or miles.

The Automatic Sheet Processing module allows for automation of submission/approval based on rules. It is available for purchase with Journyx 12.7.0 and higher.
