Allow Change to the Approver Summary List Reminder Email Subject Line

We have clients who have multiple people reporting to them and they don't like the multiple emails when timesheets are submitted for approval. The summary list email on the reminder email to approvers would work but it reads "Approval Reminder". In this case it isn't a reminder. I would like to be able to control that subject line.
