to have an option where comments are eliminated from being populated into QuickBooks

Employees add various and sometimes lengthy comments to their Journyx time records which ultimately clutters the QuickBooks general ledger. So now we have to go to each employee's time record in QuickBooks and delete their comments week by week. With our growing staff (54 currently), it's going to be very counterproductive deleting all this unnecessary data. Thank you in advance for looking into this.
