I have been informed by Journyx representatives that Journyx is supposed to report on time logged against projects that are in a hidden state, when a reporting interval spans a period of time containing that hidden project.
The Journyx documentation (v10.1) states: "'Hidden' indicates that the project can neither be logged against nor can it be reported on."
The documentation and the feature are in conflict.
I would suggest that the product be updated to match the documentation: any reports run which happen to include data from projects marked "hidden" should NOT include any data from those hidden projects.
I've had a lengthy conversation w/ Matt East about this, either one of us can provide additional details as needed.
