If users create a report that lists expense/mileage records for a period, it returns all records/all statuses if so designated (including OPEN status records).
However, there doesnt seem to be a way to filter the report for ONLY these items. Why isnt that an available choice in the available statusselection box? This is a report users need to run since theres no way to give supervisors visibility to when an employee has entered expense/mileage lines, but theyve forgotten to submit them.
