Can't remember your password? Having trouble logging in?
We here at the Journyx helpdesk are so committed to the security of your data that we are not allowed to help with end user password issues.
So instead of calling or emailing Journyx Support the best place to start is on the log in screen or through contacting your Journyx admin/management team to reset your password. It should be relatively easy for your internal administrative team to reset your password on your behalf, and should they run into issues they are welcome to reach out to Journyx Support.
Referring to the login screen, below the login boxes you should find a “Forgot Password” option.
Once clicked, it will guide you through a series of prompts to help reset your password.
PLEASE NOTE - If your account in Journyx has an associated email address, then you should get an email from the system that should help you get logged back in. If that does not work for you, then you should contact your internal Journyx admin/management team.
