Can't remember your password? Having trouble logging in?
We here at the Journyx helpdesk are so committed to the security of your data that we are not allowed to help with end user password issues.
So instead of calling or emailing Journyx support the best place to start is on the log in screen. Below the login boxes you should find a “Reset Your Password” option.
Once clicked, it will guide you through a series of prompts to help reset your password.
If your account in Journyx has an associated email address, then you should get an email from the system that should help you get logged back in. If that does not work for you, then you should contact your local Journyx admin.
