When trying to run a report in MS Excel using Journyx Reportlink I get the following error:
The most likely cause of this error is that the user you are trying to run the Reportlink as has reports with commas or apostrophes in the name of the report.
Once you remove those characters from the name of the report you should not have any other issues.
