If you're a System Administrator and your company has a maintenance contract, you can submit a ticket by clicking here and entering your information.


If you don't have a maintenance contract or can't remember your Helpdesk log in, you can send an email to our Support Team or phone us at 800-755-9878 (US and Canada) or 512-834-8888. Click here to learn more about the benefits of an annual maintenance contract or watch the video below.

Please include the following information so we can get your issue resolved as quickly as possible:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your company name
  • The version of Timesheet you are running
  • The operating system of the server Timesheet is installed on
  • Which database your Timesheet software is connected to
  • The text of any error message the system is generating
  • How critical this problem is for you and your users
  • If you have encountered an error while installing Timesheet 7.0 or higher for Windows, please be sure to attach the following log files to your email if possible:
    • %TEMP%\JournyxTimesheetSetupLog.txt
    • %WTHOME%\IntegrationLog.txt
