I lost or forgot my password. How do I reset it or get a new one?
If your Journyx Administrator has set up your system to allow you to automatically reset your password, you will see the "Reset your password" link on your login screen. You can click on this link and follow the directions to reset your password.
If you do not see the link to reset your password, your company does not allow you to automatically reset your password. The Journyx Technical Support Team does not have permission to access customer sites for tasks such as resetting passwords, adding projects, or making other configuration changes. These tasks are performed by your local Journyx Administrator. Please contact the Journyx Administrator at your company for password management.
I do not know how to get to my Journyx login site so I can track my time. How do I get to my Journyx login screen?
Whether your company has Journyx installed on-premise or your site is hosted in the Journyx cloud, your Journyx login screen will be at a location/URL/web address that is unique to your company. Journyx recommends that you bookmark your Journyx login screen in your browser for future use. If you have lost the web address for your Journyx site, please contact the Journyx Administrator at your company for the location of your Journyx site.
Where do I register for a training webinar?
You can register for a training webinar by going to the Training section and then selecting Webinars. Here you will see a view all upcoming webinars and their description. You will see a Register for Webinar link. Click that link and simply fill out the form. After submitting the form, you will receive verification of registration in the email you provided.
How can I begin or renew my maintenance contract through the User Community?
Under the Store section, you can easily begin or renew your maintenance contract by filling out the form provided. You have the option to either receive a price quote, or to go ahead and update your account and receive an invoice.
Can I purchase more licenses through the User Community?
Under the Store section, you can easily purchase more licenses by filling out the form provided. You have the option to either receive a price quote, or to go ahead and update your account and receive an invoice.
What if I just want a quote for a maintenance contract or licenses?
When filling out the form provided, make sure the box labeled "Yes - send a price quote first" is checked. We will not update your account or charge you unless you authorize us to do so.
